The best way to keep your jewelry clean is simply by wearing it. The natural oils in produced by our bodies actually keep the jewelry for temporary tarnish. Any tarnish can easily be removed by gently wiping your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore shine.

For a deeper clean, use a mild soap solution or a specialized silver cleaner, ensuring to rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. To keep your jewelry clean, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions, and remove it before swimming or bathing. When not in use, store your sterling silver jewelry in the tarnish-resistant pouch given to you when you purchased your piece or an airtight container such as a ziplock bag. This will minimize exposure to air and humidity, which can cause temporary tarnishing that will need to be cleaned off. For added protection, consider placing anti-tarnish strips in the storage area.

When purchasing handmade items you must keep in mind that the product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product(s) picture because the products are individually handcrafted, it is impossible to create two identical pieces. There may be natural variations / minor distinctions that make your purchase special and truly one of a kind.

If it is past the 14 day window you may exchange your item(s) or receive store credit.
