HOW TO PURCHASE 

Handcrafted jewelry takes time to design, create, & assemble so we sell our jewelry in small batches. A new collection will drop every two months, once a product is sold out that design will not be available in future collection drops. We set an exact date & time for when each collection will be available on our website.You can find this information at any given time on our website, Instagram @_MAIDENMETAL, or by signing up for our newsletter to be notified.

All pieces in a new collection drop will be previewed on our Instagram story in the days leading up to the release date. Be ready to place your order at the date and time of each launch. Only a limited quantity of each design is available & pieces tend to sell out quickly. 

 

SHIPPING

Pre-made pieces from any collection drop will ship standard  5 - 10 day time frame from the date of payment. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the pieces are packaged and shipped. 


REFUNDS / RETURNS

Please contact help@maiden-metal.com with any questions about returns. All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in perfect condition with original packaging to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

When contacting hello@maiden-metal.com please include your name, email, cell phone number, and order number, along with your reason for return.
